My school

There are about 300 students in my school. It is called a E.B.2,3 Dr.António João Eusébio. My school has about 16 classroom: 10 classroom, 1 artroom, 2 labs, 1 scienceroom and musicroom.
I am cef ict.
All subjects are compulsory like English.
I also have Physical Education. I leave home at 7:45 and walth 5 minutes to catch a car to school. My classes start at 8:30 o´clock. Every day. I have a different lesson the first period.
Normaly it Maths but also have Art and Ict on the other days.

My school

There are about 300 students in my school. It is called eb.2.3 d. Joao Eusebio Moncarapacho.
My school has over twelve computers.
I am in cef Ict year I. All subjects are compulsory like Maths, English, Science, Portuguese and Ict.
I leave home at 7:30 and cycle for about 30 minutes.
My classes star at 8:30.
Every day i have a different lessons.
Normaly it is Ict.
all my lessons are in same rooms and have the same teachers for all lessons. we have a locker in the classroom where we can store our stuff.

I like my school a lot, my teachers explain why things happen-they don't just teach facts.

It also has a library,gym and a canteen.

I am in Cef Ict I have Portuguese,English,Maths,Arts,Health and Sapety at Work,ICT,Physical Education and chemistry and social studies.I have home at 7:30 walk 20 minutes to catch bus.My classes start 8:30 o`clok. Every day I have a diferent lesson the first period:Normally it is ICT but, also have Maths.

Ontem fomos ao cinema

Ontem fomos ao cinema a Tavira ver o filme AVATAR, em 3D. Fomos, também, comer uns hamburguers com as turmas 8ºA E 8ºB, que foram connocsco. O filme foi muito interessante.
Marca o regresso de James Cameron à direcção das grandes produções desde "Titanic" de 1997, o maior êxito de bilheteira de todos os tempos, e transporta-nos a um espectacular mundo para além da nossa imaginação, onde um herói rebelde embarca numa viagem de redenção, descoberta e amor inesperado, assim como lidera uma batalha heróica para salvar a civilização. As historias da nossa vila

Nesta freguesia não há uma lenda completa: só referências a mouras, encantadas e encantamentos em certos lugares da freguesia.
No começo do cerro da Cabeça, do lado do mar, existe uma cavidade cercada de pedras, uma espécie do pequena sala, que com um grande Algueirão, o Abismo. Esta grande caverna, tem diversas câmaras e diferentes ramificações.
Tem uma enorme profundidade, onde não chega a luz do sol. Quem a visita encontra um sítio medonho e horrível.
As pessoas acreditam que aquela caverna comunica subterraneamente com o castelo de Tavira, e que era usada pelos mouros, no tempo em ocupavam o Algarve.
No mesmo cerro, perto desta caverna, há mais duas: Ladroeira Grande e Ladroeira Pequena.
O povo afirma que estas cavernas estão encantadas por alguns mouros, fugidos do castelo de Tavira, quando este foi tomado pelo grande D. Paio. Também se diz que comunicam subterraneamente com a grande caverna do Abismo.
Como em quase todas as freguesias do Algarve, onde aparecem tais cavernas, na freguesia de Moncarapacho, diz-se que os mouros as habitaram, e que, ainda hoje, ali se conservam encantados. Para confirmar essa opinião, contam-se diversas histórias de indivíduos que foram surpreendidos de noite por aqueles misteriosos seres.

No cerro de S. Miguel, próximo da nossa vila, também têm sido vistos mourinhos encantados. Há uma lenda que explica o nome da freguesia. Diz-se que Moncarapacho tirou o seu nome daquele cerro, que realmente é muito alto, mas talhado a pique e sem um declive. Este cerro é conhecido por Monto Escarpado. Diz-se que os primeiros povos habitavam junto desse cerro conhecido por Monte Escarpado, que, com o passar dos tempos, se transformou no actual Moncarapacho.
Há outras versões mais modernas, que atribuem este nome ao facto de aqui ter havido, antes do povoado, uma casa, onde habitava uma velha que trabalhava em capachos, que mandava vender. Dizia-se, portanto,Monte dos Capachos.

O cerro da Cabeça, acima mencionado, tem cinco quilómetros de extensão e quase treze de largura. Diz uma lenda que à pessoa que der treze voltas a este cerro, encontrará, à meia-nooite, uma linda moura que lhe dará todas as suas riquezas.
